Transmit orders 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. Sorry, but we do not take phone or fax
orders at this time. Shipping hours are Mon-Thurs, 10-4.
Friday, 10-2. PAYMENT METHODS
All payments are due in U.S. Funds. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Electronic Checks. Personal checks
available with advanced approval. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Regular orders are generally processed and shipped within
10-15 business days, pending credit card verification and item availability. However, many orders are shipped sooner.
Custom orders require
6-8 weeks to be processed and shipped. If we cannot ship your order within 7-12 business days, you will be notified by email with the anticipated ship date. We will ship your order on the anticipated date unless we receive an email from you requesting rush service or cancellation.
If you need payment considerations, bouquet payments may
be made in two installments. Please notify cs@verybestweddings.com. All orders are shipped UPS ground service or US Postal Priority Mail. UPS 2nd day air shipping is also available at an additional charge. Minimum shipping charge is $5.95 within the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US Virgin Islands incur additional shipping charges. Shipping charges are based on merchandise totals and are the responsibility of the customer. Please see our shipping schedule below.
*2-day shipping does not apply to the processing time. Please allow 4-12 days for processing, 2-day shipping will speed up your shipping time only. RETURNS
 Custom orders are not returnable. These items are noted as
"custom order" on our site. Sale items are final sales; merchandise is not
returnable or exchangeable. Reduced priced items may be returned for store
credit only. All Sale items and Reduced priced items are marked as "sale" or
"reduced" on the site.
Other merchandise may be returned or exchanged.
There is a restocking fee on all returns. Exchanges of equal value do not
incur a restocking fee. Our restocking fee on returns is 5% of the value of the
merchandise, with a minimum restocking fee of $10.00. Pre-approval of all
returns and exchanges is required. To request return or exchange
authorization and receive return instructions, e-mail us at:
returns@verybestweddings.com.
- All return requests must be received within 10
business days from receipt of shipment.
- All returns must be postmarked within 5 business
days of receiving return authorization and must be returned in the original
packaging.
- A copy of the invoice must accompany the return.
- Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in
salable condition. It is the sole discretion of VeryBestWeddings.com to
determine if returned goods are in salable condition. Merchandise that is
returned in non-salable condition will be returned to the customer at the
customer's expense.
We do not accept authorization requests after 10
business days from receipt of shipment and do not accept goods postmarked after
5 business days from return approval, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Postage, shipping & handling charges are not reimbursable.
CUSTOM ORDERS
A Custom order is an
item that we do not stock and that is special ordered for each customer. These
items are all marked "custom order" within each product description on our site.
Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
CANCELLATIONS
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy from when an
order is placed. If we cannot ship an order within the time frame indicated on
our site for a specific product, the customer is notified and given the option
to cancel their order. Orders that are acknowledged to ship within the time
frame indicated on our site will be charged a 10% cancellation fee after the
24-hour period has expired.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Sorry, at this time we can only accept orders
electronically from the United States and Canada; however, do e-mail us with
your requests, and we will try to assist you.
